Terms of Service

Invision Marketing provides the following services:

• Web Design: Custom website design and development services tailored to your business needs
• SEO Services: Search engine optimization, content strategy, and local SEO optimization
• Digital Marketing: Google Ads management, Meta Ads, conversion tracking, and marketing automation
• Starter Sites: Pre-designed, affordable website solutions with hosting included
• Hosting Services: Web hosting, domain management, SSL certificates, and technical support

The specific scope of work for your project will be outlined in a separate proposal or statement of work. Any services not explicitly listed in your proposal are considered out of scope.

To ensure the success of your project, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary content, images, logos, and materials in a timely manner
• Provide accurate business information, descriptions, and contact details
• Respond to requests for feedback and approval within 5 business days
• Provide access to your domain registrar, hosting, and analytics accounts as needed
• Inform us immediately of any changes to your business information or project requirements
• Ensure all content you provide is original or that you have proper rights to use it
• Maintain timely communication regarding project milestones and deadlines

Delays in meeting these responsibilities may extend project timelines and deadlines outlined in your proposal.

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

All payments are due as specified in your proposal or invoice. We accept credit cards, wire transfers, and ACH payments. Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise stated. A 1.5% monthly interest charge applies to all unpaid balances after the due date.

Client-Provided Content: You retain full ownership of all content, images, copy, and materials you provide to us. You grant Invision Marketing the right to use this content for the purpose of building and hosting your website.

Design Templates & Code: While your website design is custom-created for you, our underlying design templates, code frameworks, and development systems remain the intellectual property of Invision Marketing. You may not replicate, share, or resell these templates. However, you have a perpetual license to use the design and code on your website.

Website Content & Data: All content published on your website, analytics data, and reports generated for your business remain your property. We may reference your project as a case study or in marketing materials, but only with your written permission.

Derivative Works: You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our design templates or proprietary code without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invision Marketing's liability for any claims arising from your use of our services is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Invision Marketing will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
• Damages resulting from your failure to provide accurate information
• Server failures, hosting issues, or domain registration problems at third-party providers
• Changes in search engine algorithms or ranking fluctuations
• Results that do not meet your expectations or business goals

By Client: You may cancel a project or hosting service by providing 30 days written notice to help@invisionmarketing.io. Upon cancellation of hosting services, your website will be taken offline after 30 days. You may request a copy of all content and assets before the deadline.

By Invision Marketing: We reserve the right to terminate services if payment is overdue by more than 30 days, if you violate these Terms, or if your conduct is harmful to our business or other clients.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination of a project, you remain responsible for all fees incurred to date. We will provide you with all completed work and your content within 10 business days.

Invision Marketing provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Specific results, rankings, traffic, or conversion numbers
• Uninterrupted service or 100% uptime (we target 99.9% uptime for hosting)
• Protection against all security threats or data breaches
• That your website will comply with all laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• That third-party integrations or plugins will function without error

While we strive to provide high-quality, professional services, we do not warrant that our work is error-free or will meet all of your expectations.
