4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Cookies: Our website uses cookies to enhance your experience, remember preferences, and track website usage. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly.
Google Analytics 4: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics 4 collects information such as pages visited, the source and medium of incoming traffic, approximate geographic location (derived from a truncated and anonymized IP address), device type, browser type, and on-site interactions. Google Analytics 4 does not store raw IP addresses. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser extension.
AI Referral Tracking: When you arrive at our website from a known AI tool (for example ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar), we fire a custom analytics event identifying the referring AI tool and the landing page. This event is used only to understand which AI tools are recommending our services. No personal information beyond the referring URL and landing page is collected as part of this event.
Microsoft Clarity: We use Microsoft Clarity to capture aggregated session replays and heatmaps of how visitors interact with the site (for example clicks, scrolling, and rage clicks). Clarity automatically masks form inputs and known sensitive fields so personal information you enter is not captured in the replay. Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies. For more details on Clarity's practices please see the Microsoft Privacy Statement at https://privacy.microsoft.com.
Meta Pixel: We may implement Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) to track conversions, build audiences, and measure ad effectiveness. Meta Pixel uses cookies and other technologies to collect data about your website visits and actions.
Third-Party Tracking: Third parties, including analytics providers and advertising partners, may collect information about your online activities across websites over time for purposes of displaying targeted advertising.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, and destruction. This includes:
- SSL/TLS encryption for data transmitted over the internet
- Secure password storage and authentication protocols
- Regular security assessments and updates
- Limited access to personal information on a need-to-know basis
- Regular backups to prevent data loss
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge the risks associated with transmitting information over the Internet.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms, payment processors, and other services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
