By Jeremiah Graziano, owner of Invision Marketing. Researched October 2026.
The short answer depends on what you care about most. These are the leaders on each measure among the 23 agencies in this guide, as of October 6, 2026:
- Most Google reviews from an office in the Seattle area: Logic Inbound in Seattle (111 reviews, 5.0), Integrity Marketing Services in Kirkland (104, 5.0), Odd Dog Media in Seattle (68, 4.8) and Invision Marketing in Kirkland (65, 5.0).
- Published pricing and month-to-month terms from the first month, with a Washington office: Invision Marketing, Rank Contractors and Craft Edge.
- Most trades clients named on their own website: Rusty George (24, mostly commercial construction), Web Tonic (about 23, in Quebec and Calgary) and Fannit (16).
Fourteen of the 23 publish at least some prices. Nine publish none. The tables below show every agency on the same measures, so you can make the shortlist that fits your trade.
How we built this list
On October 6, 2026 we searched Google, signed out and without personalization, for “marketing agency for contractors seattle,” “home service marketing agency seattle” and “contractor marketing agency bellevue wa.” We included every marketing agency named on the first page, in the organic results, the map results or a result snippet, leaving out ads. We also left out The Seattle Times Media Solutions, the newspaper's advertising division. That gave 22 agencies. Invision Marketing did not appear for any of the three searches, and we added it as the 23rd.
- Officeis the address the agency's own website shows. Where pages disagree, the note says so.
- Google rating is the rating and review count on Google Maps for the listing at that office on October 6, 2026.
- Published pricing and contract termsare what appears on the agency's own website. “Not published” means we did not find it on the homepage, pricing, contact, about or service pages.
- Named trades clientscounts contractors and home service businesses named on the agency's own website, in case studies, portfolio pages or testimonials. Anonymous examples such as “a Raleigh remodeler” are not counted.
- Its own website runs ondescribes the agency's own website, identified from its public page source, not the websites it builds for clients.

What to check before you hire
1. Reviews from businesses like yours
A high rating is common: 17 of the 20 agencies with a Google listing in this guide are at 4.8 or higher. The count and the recency tell you more, and so does reading a few. A review from a remodeler in Redmond says more about your project than one from a software company in San Francisco.
2. Price you can see before the call
Fourteen agencies publish at least some prices. Monthly plans in this guide start as low as $350 (Rank Contractors) and run past $3,000 (Logic Inbound). Published prices do not make an agency better, but they let you compare before anyone has your phone number.
3. How long you are committed
Terms range from month to month (Invision, Rank Contractors, Craft Edge, ModFXMedia) to a 3-month start (Odd Dog Media, Web Tonic), a 6-month start for SEO (Integrity, 4D Ventures) and a recommended 12 months for SEO (Comrade). SEO genuinely takes months to show results, so a longer first term is not a red flag on its own. What matters is knowing it before you sign.
4. Trades work you can look up
A named client is something you can check: look up the business, read its reviews, call it. Several out-of-state agencies have long trades portfolios, but none of their named trades clients are in Washington. If local market knowledge matters to you, ask for examples from your county.
5. An office you could visit
Eleven of the 23 agencies are based in the Puget Sound area, going by their own websites. Some agencies show different addresses on different pages, and three publish none. That does not make a remote agency a worse choice, but it is worth knowing who you are hiring.
Questions to ask any agency before you sign
- Can I call two contractors you work with now?
- What exactly is included in the monthly fee, and what costs extra?
- Is my ad spend paid to Google directly, or through you?
- What is the minimum term, and how much notice do I give to cancel?
- Who owns the website, the domain and the ad accounts if I leave?
- How will I know which calls and form leads came from your work?
- Who will I talk to each month, and how fast do they reply?
- What would you change first on my current website and Google Business Profile?
Where Invision fits
We are a small team based in Kirkland. If you want the longest review history from a local office, Logic Inbound and Integrity have more Google reviews than we do. Here is what we offer instead:
- Month to month from the first month for SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads. No initial term.
- Published website pricing: Starter Sites at $199 setup then $89.99 per month, and custom websites from $3,500 to $7,500+. See the pricing page.
- Custom-coded websites, built in Next.js rather than assembled in a page builder.
- 65 Google reviews at 5.0.
- Trades work you can look up: AMH Construction in Sultan, Best Exterior Cleaning in Redmond, JJ Trees in Colfax, and Humboldt Junk Removal in California.
Where we are a weaker fit: a large commercial contractor that needs B2B brand work and a big in-house team behind it.
